Refund Policy

We review refund requests case by case.

How to request a refund

Email hello@storydpt.com and include:

  • Your account email
  • Project ID
  • Transaction reference or receipt
  • A short explanation of the issue

Review timeline

We aim to review refund requests within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate quickly and share supporting records.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Bank posting times after a refund can vary by payment method and financial institution.
